How long does set up take?

Once your account is created, you’ll get access to the Dashboard and be able to start adding your menu and using the system right away.

For most major POS systems, set up takes about 1 hr.

Note: Depending on your POS system it can take up to 7 business days to set up.

How does GENAIVA work?

GENAIVA automates your phone orders using conversational AI. When customers call, our system greets them like a human would. It handles the conversation, takes their orders, and sends the details to your team seamlessly. It immediately forwards callers to a human when needed.

What are the voices like?

We provide high-quality, natural-sounding voices that are almost indistinguishable from human speech, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience for your customers.

What happens to my phone number?

You get the option to keep your existing phone number! We value continuity for your business, so all calls are routed through your current number, allowing your customers to keep contacting you as usual without any changes.
